CLICK HERE TO GET STARTEDThe Southern Illinois Recovery Network (SIRN) is a community of individuals from across the 18 southernmost counties in Illinois. We first came together in 2020 as an informal network of Recovery field workers from various local agencies. While we value national and state-level initiatives, we saw a real need for regional and local advocacy — and that’s where SIRN began.
We know that addiction impacts every corner of our society. But we also believe in the strength of community and the power of working together. While many challenges are shared across the state and nation, we recognize that each region — and even each community — has its own unique needs and solutions.
While we appreciate the support and guidance from state and federal efforts, we believe real change in Southern Illinois comes from us, working side-by-side. Through regional networking, professional development, and sharing best practices, we strengthen our work and each other.
No one else will advance the Recovery movement forward here — it’s up to us. Together, we’re restoring hope and dignity, partnering with individuals, organizations, and agencies who share our passion, purpose, and commitment to Recovery excellence.
Welcome! We’re glad you’re here.
